Hanging with my Peeps

March 29, 2012 by Rebecca Wagner 10 Comments

Today is a very exciting day for me.  Alyssa from My Thoughts Exactly asked if I would be the Guest Designer for March!  OK, I might have begged her but whatever.   I am super stoked and hope I do her totally awesome stamps justice.Yes, I know it’s rather late in the game and every card maker already has a “hanging with my peeps” card in their arsenal except me.   But when I saw that My Thoughts Exactly Easter Greetings had the ability to make this phrase, I thought it was about time I took a whack at it!

Sorry about the pictures.  I don’t know why the pink bunny is blown out while the rest of the colors are fine.  It’s not that neon in person.  Nonetheless, aren’t they adorable?  You can get these little cuties from SVGs by Bee for free.

A very cool friend sent me this cute paper stack by Echo Park Paper.  It’s the Springtime collection.  Goes perfect with this little Peep theater.

Adding to the little scene and helping the funny bunnies on is Trendy Twine in Sky.

Perfect sentiment for this card.  It’s doesn’t get any better than My Thoughts Exactly for all your greeting card needs.  I love the fact that they mix and match.  This set has a few different stamps I could have used instead of peeps.    Like I could have used bunny.  Over 26 different phrases just from this set!  Whatever tickles your fancy!

It’s not too late to purchase and use this set for those Easter cards.  Still on the fence?  Buy them for those Spring project then.  Have I enabled you enough yet?  Good.  I hope to get some inspiration from all those amazing projects you guys will be making with these amazing stamps!

Supplies:
Easter Greetings by My Thoughts Exactly
Everyday Cards collection by SVG Cuts
Bunny Peeps by SVGs by Bee
Springtime by Echo Park Papers
Trendy Twine in Sky

Hope you enjoyed my little peep card.  Have a great day and happy crafting!

Foil lovers... we heard you. Since our foil equi Foil lovers... we heard you.

Since our foil equipment went down, the messages and emails have not stopped. We know how much you love the look and honestly we love it too.

Replacing commercial foil equipment runs into the tens of thousands of dollars and, like a lot of small businesses right now, that's just not realistic.

After months of testing with our existing setup, we think we found a way to bring foil back.

It's not mass factory perfect. Occasionally there may be a tiny spot where the foil doesn't pull 100%. Nothing obvious, nothing we wouldn't personally use, and nothing that doesn't meet our standards will ship.

But overall? We think it looks pretty gorgeous.

Before we officially bring foil back…

Would you still want it knowing it's handcrafted and not machine perfect?

Tell me honestly in the comments. Your feedback will decide this one.

Personal Size planners get a bad rap for one reaso Personal Size planners get a bad rap for one reason…

They’re narrow.

And I get it.
Personal is the perfect middle ground. Bigger than Pocket, fits in your purse, but way more portable than A5.

But the width?
That’s always been the complaint.

Lately I’ve been seeing people try to squeeze Personal Wide into standard Personal binders… and then wonder why the pages stick out.

So instead of making it wider… I went the other direction.

Foldouts.

For 2026, I reworked the layout to give you more planning space without changing the footprint.

Month on one page
Straight into your weekly
Dashboard space (because you know I had to keep that)
And when it’s folded?
Standard Personal Size. Fits your binder like it should.

Now I need your opinion before I finalize this…

What works better in vertical boxes?
