new twine

Welcome everyone to Trendy Twine’s We Like You a Latte blog hop where we are showcasing the two yummy new colors – Cherry Latte and Krafty Red. If you are just visiting my blog and had no idea there was a hop going on, you can start at the beginning at Trendy Twine’s blog. Make sure you join us because there is some great crafty candy to win. I will have the rules to be eligible to win at the end of this post. Before that, I will show you my project using the new colors!

Like You a Latte Hop 1Like You a Latte Hop 4 Like You a Latte Hop 2 Like You a Latte HopSee the dark chocolate covered espresso bean just like Caribou Coffee? hehehehe I thought that was a nice addition to my 3D coffee cup. The twine flower is once again making an appearance. These flowers are very easy to make and look great as hairbows and embellishments because of Trendy Twine’s striking color twists.  This cup is going to be great filled with the beans and given to my coffee fiend friend. It’s little unique gifts like this that I love to give out to hopefully brighten someone’s day.

Here are the supplies I used:

AC card stock; For the Record collection by Echo Park Paper; Cherry Latte, Krafty Red, and Totally Kraft Trendy Twine; Good Day at the Office by SVGCuts; wooden spoon and flag clip.

Now for the rules and prizes: Two sets of goodies from the Trendy Twine Store.

First prize: A $5 GC and a set of Trendy Page Dots (this is a bundle and stays together). These stickers are perfect to dress up your planner pages, notebook pages, or add to tags.

Second prize: A set of Wood Spoons. These are so much fun to decorate with.

12 wooden spoons

We also have some cute stamps from Tara from Craftin Desert Divas.

perfect pair craftin desert divas

To be eligible for the blog candy, you MUST follow and comment on EACH blog (including this one). If you want to be eligible for the stamps, you must do both of the above and also like the Craftin Desert Divas Facebook page. Since I don’t have a Google Friend Connect follow button, you can follow me on BlogLovin‘ or by signing up for my newsletter. Whichever way you prefer. Don’t worry, I won’t spam you. In fact, you won’t see any email from me unless a new post goes up here on the blog.

So get to commenting and following to win this blog candy. Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoyed the hop. Happy crafting!!

Since our foil equipment went down, the messages and emails have not stopped. We know how much you love the look and honestly we love it too.

Replacing commercial foil equipment runs into the tens of thousands of dollars and, like a lot of small businesses right now, that's just not realistic.

After months of testing with our existing setup, we think we found a way to bring foil back.

It's not mass factory perfect. Occasionally there may be a tiny spot where the foil doesn't pull 100%. Nothing obvious, nothing we wouldn't personally use, and nothing that doesn't meet our standards will ship.

But overall? We think it looks pretty gorgeous.

Before we officially bring foil back…

Would you still want it knowing it's handcrafted and not machine perfect?

Personal Size planners get a bad rap for one reaso Personal Size planners get a bad rap for one reason…

They’re narrow.

And I get it.
Personal is the perfect middle ground. Bigger than Pocket, fits in your purse, but way more portable than A5.

But the width?
That’s always been the complaint.

Lately I’ve been seeing people try to squeeze Personal Wide into standard Personal binders… and then wonder why the pages stick out.

So instead of making it wider… I went the other direction.

Foldouts.

For 2026, I reworked the layout to give you more planning space without changing the footprint.

Dashboard space (because you know I had to keep that)
And when it’s folded?
Standard Personal Size. Fits your binder like it should.

Now I need your opinion before I finalize this…
