Available now in our shop, we have two different designs. One for your pet, it comes with areas for how many and what type of pet. Another for you with space for two contacts and your medical information.
The personal ICE card is a neat little tri-fold card that you just fold up and place in your wallet or planner. So it’s always available. Our pet ICE card is double-sided. Both cards are business card sized at 3.5″ w x 2″ h.
